These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the website myrealprofile.com and the services provided through it (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
01Who we are
The Service is operated by EDXAD LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, with its principal address at 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901 ("we", "us", "our").

02What we provide
MyRealProfile is a service that, for a flat fee, produces a dedicated web page displaying content you provide (a photo, a text, and a call-to-action link) and directs a volume of targeted visitors to that page over a duration you select.
The page is created once your payment is confirmed and remains live for the duration of your campaign. Visitors are sourced through third-party advertising channels.
03Your account and your submission
You do not need to create an account to use the Service. When you submit content through our order form, you provide us with the photo, text, destination link, contact email, and payment details required to fulfill your order.
You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
- The content you submit is yours, or you have all necessary rights and permissions to use it.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
04Prohibited content
You may not submit, or link to, content that:
- Involves minors in any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative way.
- Contains sexually explicit material, nudity, or pornography.
- Promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Infringes intellectual property, trademark, or privacy rights of third parties.
- Constitutes fraud, phishing, malware distribution, or any illegal activity in your jurisdiction or ours.
- Impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Promotes weapons, illegal drugs, unregulated financial products, or human trafficking.
We reserve the right to review any submission and to refuse, remove, or terminate any campaign that violates these rules, at our sole discretion, without refund.
05Fees and refunds
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and payable upfront through our payment processor. Payment is required before your page is created and before any visitors are delivered.
Refund policy:
- You may request a full refund before your page has been created and set live.
- Once your page is live and visitor delivery has started, orders are non-refundable.
- If we fail to deliver the service due to a fault on our side (technical failure, no visitors delivered), you are entitled to a full refund or a re-run of the campaign, at your choice.
Refund requests must be sent to hello@myrealprofile.com from the email used to place the order.
06Delivery and timing
We aim to publish your page within 2 hours of payment confirmation, during business hours (Monday to Sunday, 9:00 to 18:00 CET). Orders received outside those hours are processed at the start of the next business window.
Visitors are delivered progressively over the duration of your campaign. Daily volumes may vary based on network conditions, targeting parameters, and other operational factors.
07Visitors and results
We deliver a volume of visitors to your page during the campaign duration you selected. We do not guarantee, and cannot guarantee, any specific number of clicks on your destination link, conversions, sales, sign-ups, or any other outcome. Click-through rate and conversion depend on your content, your offer, and factors outside our control.
At the end of your campaign, you will receive a report by email summarizing key figures (visits, clicks, click-through rate).
08Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it for the sole purpose of providing the Service during your campaign.
All aspects of the Service itself — the website, the design, the software, the brand — are the property of EDXAD LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
In no event shall EDXAD LLC, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10Termination
We may suspend or terminate your campaign at any time, without notice and without refund, if you breach these Terms, submit prohibited content, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Any ongoing campaign will run to its scheduled end unless you request otherwise, subject to the refund policy above.
11Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
