This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through myrealprofile.com and the associated Service, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We keep it plain and short because we collect very little.
01Who is responsible
EDXAD LLC — a Delaware limited liability company (8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, USA) — is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

02What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the following information:
- Your email address — to send order confirmation, campaign report, and communicate about your order.
- The photo you upload — to display on your dedicated page.
- The text you write — to display on your dedicated page.
- Your destination link — to send visitors to it when they click.
- Your plan and duration choice — to configure your campaign.
- Promotional code, if any — to apply the corresponding discount.
We also automatically log a limited amount of technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security, fraud prevention, and basic diagnostics.
We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payment is processed by our payment provider (see section 04).
03Why we use it
We use the data you provide only to:
- Fulfill your order (create and publish your page, run the campaign).
- Contact you about your order, deliver your final report, or respond to your questions.
- Meet our legal obligations (accounting, tax records, fraud prevention).
- Improve and secure the Service.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising unrelated to your order. We do not build profiles on you.
04Third parties we work with
To operate the Service, we share strictly necessary data with a limited set of processors:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. Stripe receives your payment details directly; we only receive a transaction reference. See Stripe's own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
- Formspree, Inc. — receives your order form submissions and forwards them to us by email. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Our hosting and email providers — store your page and route our correspondence with you.
These processors are contractually bound to handle your data only on our behalf and in line with applicable data protection law.
05How long we keep it
We keep your campaign data (photo, text, link, email) for the duration of your campaign plus 30 days, so we can respond to any post-campaign question.
Records related to payment and accounting are kept for the period required by applicable tax and commercial law (typically up to 7 years).
After these periods, your data is deleted or anonymized.
06Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (notably under the EU GDPR and the California CCPA), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request a portable copy of your data.
- Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

07Cookies and tracking
Our website uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage to remember your session and preserve your form input if you navigate. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
08International transfers
Because EDXAD LLC is based in the United States and some of our processors operate globally, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. Where such transfers involve personal data of EU/EEA residents, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
09Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
10Children
The Service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us so we can delete it.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The most current version is always posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email where practical.
